Murphy-Wall State Bank and Trust Company would like to congratulate Clare Loos on earning the honor of being the Murphy-Wall Student of the Month for April!
After high school, Clare plans on attending Murray State University to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. Clare has enjoyed participating in several extracurricular activities throughout her high school career such as playing the saxophone in band, Mentoring and Positive Peer Support (MAPPS,) Beta Club, and Green Team.

About the Award
PCHS Seniors were given the opportunity to apply for the Murphy-Wall State Bank PCHS Student of the Month and President’s Scholar honor at the beginning of the school year. Students were asked to submit up to a 500-word essay in application of these honors. Out of nineteen applicants, twelve students will receive the honor of Student of the Month and $50. One of these twelve students will receive the honor of Student of the Year and a $1000 scholarship, and one will receive the honor of President’s Scholar and a $1000 scholarship.
