1The Monthly Service Charge may be waived if the Cash Management Checking Account Product has an active Digital Banking username, has accepted out Digital Banking terms and conditions, and has consented to receive electronic delivery of statements, notices, and disclosures (subject to the terms and conditions contains in the Online Cash Management Agreement) AND any Minimum Balance requirements for the specific Cash Management checking Account Product. The Monthly Service Charge is a base fee charged on the account and does not include Per Item Fees which may be assessed and charged independently. Refer to the Account Rate and Fee Schedule for complete details. A valid email account is required to receive electronic delivery.

2If the minimum balance is not maintained during a specific period, we , at our option, charge a fee for that period. The “Average Daily Balance” method means “the application of a periodic rate to the average daily balance in the account for that period, determined by adding the full amount of principal in the account each day of that period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period.” Terms and Conditions of the account, including but not limited to, fees and charges and service availability, may be changed as described in this brochure. The “Combined Average Balance” will calculate the sum of all the available compensating balances to determine if it is greater than or equal to the combined account average balance amount required to qualify for the Monthly Service Charge reduction. Please refer to our Deposit account Agreement and Disclosure for additional information.

3Approval of Service, Access Levels, and Restrictions may apply. Additional and/or optional requirements, terms, limitations, fees and charges may apply when electing to request optional services not included with account and service package selected. Additional initial access fees, not listed in this brochure, may apply to the implementation of Online Cash Management and/or Digital Banking Services. Internal Transfers are exclusively limited to and from accounts with same Account Ownership held with Murphy-Wall State Bank and Trust Company. Internal transfers may not be available for all types of ownership without a subscription to Bill Pay. Internal Transfers do not include payments made to third parties through the Bill Pay Service or other types of external payment options. Use of Bill Pay, P2P, ACH Origination, Wires or other options services may incur fees.

4Wire and ACH Origination are optional services and require separate authorized and approved applications. Wire Transfer Requests and ACH Origination services and limitations are subject to credit approval and financial statements.

5Information required by the USA Patriot Act to verify the identity of individuals that conduct financial transactions with Murphy-Wall State Bank and Trust Company must be obtained for each individual applying as a Bill Pay SubUser under Cash Management accounts. An initial Bill Pay SubUser Application fee will be charged for each SubUser. Refer to the Online Cash Management Agreement for complete details regarding SubUsers.

6Bill Pay is an Optional Service. Bill Pay access may include fees and limitations and other restrictions and requirements. Refer to the Online Cash Management Agreement for complete details.

7Security Administration Services are an optional fee-based service available to assist in the administration of Online security of use access. Ask for complete details from one of our Cash Management Specialists.
